Competitive Pay: This position offers an hourly wage ranging from $40.00/hr. to $50.00/hr., depending on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:
- Performs duties assigned under the direction of Shop Manager to ensure the team is aligned on the goals and objectives for the team for each day.
- Perform and oversee the disassembly, inspection, repair, and reassembly of pumps, compressors, turbines, gearboxes, and related rotating equipment.
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and lead root cause analysis on equipment failures.
- Interpret technical drawings, OEM manuals, and repair specifications.
- Ensure proper documentation of repair findings, measurements, tolerances, and parts used.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment, complying with company and industry safety regulations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required; technical school or mechanical certification preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with rotating equipment repair in an industrial environment.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in a lead or supervisory role preferred.
- Proficient in using precision measuring tools (e.g., micrometers, calipers, dial indicators).
- Strong understanding of mechanical fits, tolerances, and alignment procedures.
- Familiar with API, ANSI, and OEM standards related to rotating equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical schematics and engineering drawings.
- Effective leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Forklift and overhead crane experience a plus.
- Valid driver's license; ability to travel to customer sites if needed.
Working Conditions:
- Work performed in shop and/or field settings with exposure to noise, grease, and rotating machinery.
- Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and work in physically demanding environments.
- May be required to work overtime or on-call based on job demands.
